Custom Indoor Bench Cushion
Our Custom Bench Cushion calculator is an easy step-by-step process that allows you to pick your own fabric (indoor fabric, collegiate fabric, Sunbrella fabric, Outdura fabric or Robert Allen fabric), and the dimensions you want (your width and depth, thickness, fill and style). It's that simple! Our custom bench cushions come standard without fabric tie backs. If you prefer to include tie backs, ties will be added to your cushion in the same fabric as your cushion. The average length of all ties will be 23"- 25" before being put into the seam. After the tie is folded in half and inserted into seam, the actual length is approximately 11.5"- 12.5".
All cushions that exceed 106" in length will be scored and folded at ½ the length.Scoring involves cutting the polyfiber or foam filling to allow the fabric to give around the fold. Cushion 5" in thickness or greater will not be folded and will result in higher shipping fees.Cushions that are folded will take time to settle out. If the cushion requires scoring, there may be apermanent visible separation depending on the fabric and thickness of the cushion you chose. If your custom bench, window or pew seat cushion exceeds 106", you may want to consider ordering two separate cushions by dividing your total length by two. If you do not want your cushion to be folded, please call for custom shipping options.

How do I order fabric samples?
For more information on each fabric and to order samples, please view Fabric Details while in the Fabric Selection Tool. You can even order our fabrics by the yard!
Because of variations from one computer screen to another, it's difficult to precisely match color samples on our website. We suggest that you purchase fabric samples if color matching is important to your individual buying decision.
Please be advised:
Your cushion will be folded for shipment if:
- Cushion thickness is less than 4" and the length exceeds 118"
- Cushion thickness is less than 4" and if the length added to the girth [2 x (L x W)] exceeds 129"

Add a Product ReviewI ordered two bench cushions and love them both. I found your site through googling "custom bench cushions" and was pleased to see the prices were not going to be too crazy. I was overwhelmed with the fabric choices, however, so I purchased about ten or so color swatches. I recommend doing that so you can feel the fabric and see if it will go with your room. It's an investment but worth it. Once I placed my order, the two cushions came together in one box in a timely fashion. Bench Cushion Source had a question about my order, called me and then we worked it out. I really liked that personal service. The up shot is is that my bench cushions are beautiful, look wonderful in the rooms I have them in and I would happily order more merchandise from the company in the future.

Beyond what I expected. High qaulty
I am very pleased with the cushions I ordered.
The cushions were packaged carefully (very thick plastic) and delivered very timely. Much shorter time than I expected. The workmanship was good and met my expectations. I did not order any samples and l was pleased with the color and quality of the fabric. My cushions were a bit pricey, but I got the color I wanted. Colors can look different on the monitor; I took a chance and it worked out for me. I plan to order some coordinating fabric to get some curtains made.
