This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 30 days from the ship date by calling our customer service department at 1-800-510-8325 and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned to your request. This number should be written on the return package and on the original invoice or packing list. (Copies are acceptable.) No returns/credits will be honored without the RMA number.

We must receive your item back within 45 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. All items must pass through our quality control division before being accepted for credit. Those that fail this inspection will be returned to you without issuance of any credit, and we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. (UPS, FedEx, etc.) The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15 percent. All credits will be applied to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Alabama Horse Shows warrants to the original retail purchaser who provides a dated sales receipt-each part of the E-Z UP Instant Shelter to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of TWO or FIVE years (depending on the model) after the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. Alabama Horse Shows obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination.

RETURN ADVISORY -- Before returning any part or product to Alabama Horse Shows, please contact us to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and Alabama Horse Shows is not responsible for products damaged in transit.

CONDITIONS -- This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions. This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
