Originally used to protect the legs of polo ponies from mallets, balls, and other ponies, Polo Wraps have become a staple in any barn. Unlike boots, polo wraps can be tailor-fitted to any equine leg, regardless of size or shape. Polo wraps do not offer support, but are an excellent form of protection. Polos are best used in schooling or warm-up situations. Because they can absorb several times their weight in water, they should not be used when they could become wet on the horse's leg. Can also be used over cottons for a stable wrap.
