This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. If the customer does not follow the stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 30 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
