This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
Products are guaranteed for 90 days against faulty workmanship and/ or defective materials and we will replace any defective products free of charge. Our liability and responsibility is limited to replacement of parts only.
This is a beautiful copper post cap and is very large in size - very rare. We acquired them from a company that went out of business. The wood looks like cedar but is unknown. There are some imperfections but no cracks and overall in good shape. The copper tops need to be polished - some finger prints - they will turn blue-green patina color once it oxidizes in the outdoor elements. We have limited quantities available - once they are gone, they are gone!
